- Lisbeth Pedersen, MA in theological communication, director of the International Course. Teaching Introduction, civil society (in collaboration with key persons from our partnering organizations), value-based leadership, communication and family time

- Anette Gimm, MA in learning and innovative change, assistant Professor in communication at 3K. Teaches intercultural communication, communication & counselling

 - Andreas Østerlund Nielsen, rev., PhD, co-director of the theological bureau Helsyn, theological consultant for the Danish Mission Council. Teaches diakonia

- Benjamin K. Kobborg, MA in theology, pastor and consultant. Teaches communication and counselling

- Birgit Ravn Pedersen, MA in English and Canadian Studies, student counselor at the Diaconal College and course director of "Theology for Laymen". Teaches study skills and personal study week reflection

 - Nikoline Høgsgaard, BA in ethnography & anthropology, studying MA in medical anthropology. Teaches project work and organizational development
